This one of a kind tool is excellent for grapplers of all types. Simply attach it to an anchor point; this can be a weight rack, door hinge, or anything some what heavy, and get to work!

You can practice many different movements and throws all on your own. From snap downs, to down blocks and hip throws the wrestle rope system covers it all. There’s also some strength and conditioning movements that can be done.
